Photography Project

This is some photos from my Fashion Communications course, I had to create a shoot around the lyrics "Punctured bicycle on a hillside desolate, will nature make a man of me yet?" and form a story from these lyrics. My theme was a boy who had just lost his girlfriend and was feeling very lost within himself so wanders into the woods to think things through. By the end he has begun to find himself and mature. Heres a few.

Inspiring

Scouring the internet I came across a French photographer called Sacha Goldberger who has done a series of photo shoots with his grandma, yes his grandma! 91-year-old Hungarian Frederika, was going through a stage of depression when Sacha decided to lift her spirits with a creative costume based shoot. By the looks of things Frederika has enjoyed herself as she has done plenty more shoots with her grandson.
I love the shoot entitled 'Mamika' meaning grandma, which has her dressed up like a superhero to portray her past as she saved the lives of 10 people during World War II. The newest shoot shows Frederika now has superhero boyfriend. It is humorous, intelligent and inspiring.

Fashion Communications

We have been working in group as part of the fashion communication course to create a magazine, ours has been given a raunchy twist by calling it 'G-spot' and taking semi naked photos for the photo shoots.
